I
learned to crochet when I was a little girl, but I
didn't become really interested in it until I grew
up. My grandmother crocheted, as did her mother. My
grandmother showed me how to crochet, but she didn't
explain it to me because I am deaf and she did not
know sign language. I paid attention to her as
she crocheted. I learned a lot reading books by myself
and watching videos. I collect patterns, books,
yarn and thread. I've made many projects, some
I kept for myself and some for gifts or to sell on
Ebay. I find patterns from books or the Internet. I
will print interesting patterns and save them until
I feel like making that pattern. Below you will
see some of the items I have made and the source for
